Any incoming freshman athlete or transfer athlete new to Oregon High School that plans on participating in athletics during their high school career is required to attend (with a parent/guardian - also required) the Freshman/New Athlete Orientation Night. This event will be held on two dates - Thursday, August 8 at 7:30 PM in the OHS Gym and again on Monday, August 12 at appx 7:30 PM in the OHS Gym. Families must attend one of the sessions and can pick which date is more convenient for them. This is a requirement for both athlete and parent/guardian. Athletes are not allowed to participate in high school competitions until this requirement has been met.
